Locks & Lashes is Heather Gralow’s private studio inside Novo Salon Suites. It isn’t a busy salon floor. It’s a quiet, cozy room where you can lie back, breathe, and leave looking like the best-rested version of yourself. Clients say it best: warm, clean, and “smelled wonderful.”

Before your first visit.

Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Locks & Lashes is by appointment only, so your time in the suite is yours alone.
Does permanent makeup hurt?
Numbing agents are used, and every step is explained before and during the procedure. One client put it simply: “no pain involved.”
Anything to know before a lash lift?
Don’t wear contact lenses to your lash lift appointment.
Will I get aftercare instructions?
Yes, aftercare guidance is given so your lashes, brows or extensions stay beautiful. Wearing extensions? Ask Heather when to book your next fill before you leave. [[fill schedule]]
Is there a deposit or cancellation policy?
